Child Safety Standards

StepGram prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms or endangers minors.

• StepGram is for users aged 13 and older. Accounts of younger children are removed.
• Uploaded images and videos are checked by automated moderation, and every video, post, comment, live stream, chat and profile can be reported in the app.
• Reports involving minors are prioritised. Offending content is removed, the accounts are banned and we report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement where required.
• Users can block anyone at any time; blocked users cannot see the profile, content or send messages.
