Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and StepGram, operated by Mah Noor (StepGram), Germany. By creating an account or using StepGram you agree to them.

1. Who can use StepGram

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account and everything done with it.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content

StepGram has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, stream or send:

• sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises or endangers children
• nudity or sexually explicit material
• hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats or content that promotes violence or self-harm
• illegal goods, scams, spam or misleading content
• content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy

Every video, post, comment, live stream and profile can be reported in the app, and you can block any user. We review reports and act within 24 hours, which may include removing content and suspending or banning the account responsible. Content is also checked by automated moderation.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you create. By posting it you give StepGram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, distribute and promote it within the service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post, including music.

4. Coins, gifts and withdrawals

Coins are a virtual item used to send gifts inside StepGram. Coins are bought through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their payment terms and refund policies. Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside StepGram, except that eligible creators may request a withdrawal of coins received as gifts under the conditions shown in the app. We may refuse or reverse withdrawals linked to fraud or abuse.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the law.

6. Disclaimers and liability

StepGram is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country. Questions: almongez@stepgram.com.
